Bubble Popping Poker Saturday
We have just announced that 'Bubble Popping Poker Saturday' will be on Saturday 16th August 2008 down at The Samuel Pepys.
This will be a fantastic event which will not only have one tournament, but there will be two poker tournaments through-out this very special Saturday event.
At 4PM on the first Saturday of the football season we will be starting a fantastic headhunter tournament.
The Bubble Poker Headhunter challenge is a new type of multi-table tournament where Bubble players can earn cash for every player they knock out of a tournament at The Samuel Pepys.
Five pounds of every buy-in is assigned to each player's "head". The more players someone eliminates, the more cash they win and also the bigger the target they become for all the other players. If you knock out 5 players then we will give you twenty-five pounds, bubbleicious.
All players who enter the Bubble headhunter tournament pay the same buy-in and entry fee. The prize pool is then divided between the top 10%, with the five pounds being allocated to heads and then the rest going towards the standard prizepool. So it will be a Ten plus Two tournament in which five pounds goes on your head and five pounds goes into the pot and will be split to the top 10%. Starting stack for this tournament will be T2500.

The 8PM tournament will be a fantastic Bubble Poker League Event which will be a deep stacked affair.
This will be a twenty plus two entrance fee for the tournament and we will be giving you a fantastic T5000 starting stack and the blinds will be 20 minutes.
This will be a special one off in which it will be points for the London Poker and Bubble Poker League, so all to play for to make sure you get yourself into the Champions League event. Can you get yourself into the final 16?
We hope that you can make it to both of the events on Saturday 16th August 2008, please come down early and stay with us all day long in the TSP and we will really have ourselves a fantastic poker party.
This will also be our 18 months anniversary so do come along a celebrate with us, we could think of nothing better than celebrating with the people that actually make Bubble Poker happen . . . . . YOU!!!

Sounds interesting - I love deep stacks and play the head hunter tourneys on Cake so am up for coming down. What is your max amount of players that can buy in and what time do you reckon the deep stack will go on till?
