Most people by now, whether they play poker or not, have heard of PokerStars. This company is rather hard to miss as they sponsor or have become a part of events such as the World Poker Tour, Asian Pacific Poker Tour, Latin American Poker Tour, and the European Poker Tour. Not to mention that you would have to be living under a rock not to notice their commercials on TV with poker pros Daniel Negreanu and Vanessa Rousso. So what makes PokerStars so great? Sure they have a lot of players and games, but what makes them different then the other online poker rooms? PokerStars continues to stay in front of their competition by offering the best games and tournaments and offering the best support available. |

The London Poker Circuit (LPC) has today announced a series of high roller poker tournaments in hotels from mid March through to December 2009. The events will occur every month and will be a mix of festivals with buy ins starting at £100 through to high roller tournaments with buy ins of £10,000 making it one of the biggest tournaments in Europe. |

I spent last weekend in Nottingham and as such experienced the Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club - Well to me it is there number one tourist attraction. I know it isn't a London poker club but as I enjoyed it so much I have put together a review for you with all the information you will need should you want to go along yourself. |

With poker still growing in the UK and London there have been more live games appearing throughout many of the pubs in London. The London pub poker scene has been strong the past couple years, but is growing steadily at a nice pace. Most of the tournaments being played weekly throughout some of the pubs in London are attracting 50+ players a night. |
