I just don't get this place - One moment its flying with loads of runners and then the last two times they have barely got a table for a tourney - I thne checked out the site today thinking about playing and teh tournament is cancelled and looking at the otehr days most tournamenst seem to be cancelled???
It will be a real shame if this place goes as I really like the venue they have just got to start remembering they are a poker club and not a sports bar

when i was playing on pkr, they had a live pkr event there which i almost qualified for, but didn't quite make.
i'm yet to go to a proper poker club in the city, but have got a massive taste for it now after playing in the casino de montreal (the bird's canadian!) a few weeks ago on hols and loved it, but was thinking about loose cannon as my first, might give it a swerve now though if it's turned proper poo?

I heard they forgot to renew their licence and are now unlicenced which is why they are in trouble!!! Amazing to think a business could just forget lol I think they are running charity games now to try and get around it so some of the money is donated - Gutted really as I think this a is a great venue and really would like them to do well

if that's true that's mad, a gambling club forgetting to renew a licence, surely that should be the first thing on the agenda!
it does seem well alright they place, so i hope they do sort it.
