Loose Cannon opened in Feb 07 and is run in partnership with Victor Chandler. The club itself offers Poker, Crib, Backgammon, and Kalooki all for real money and can be found on Cannon St.

Membership Information:

Following he Snaresbrook Court ruling, The Loose Cannon Club opened as an official and proper private members club. This means backgammon, poker, crib and kalooki can be played thoughout the club legally.

The membership fee is £145 per quarter (13 weeks) and after that you do not pay a rake, entry fee for the club or tournaments and have unlimited use of the club and it's facilities

Food:

Loose Cannon has a great menu with a large range of snacks and full blown meals - these can be eaten at the standard bar tables or alternatively you can take a table in the restaurant area.

Bar:

The bar opens at midday and because it is a private members bar they can stay open as long as they like which means you always get champane whenever you have a big win to celebrate.

Personal Comments/Advice:

The Loose cannon has done a great thing here by concentrating on making the club great and not on trying to stay under the legal radar for poker clubs.

The club itself is really well designed and laid out with plenty of space for poker, watching sport or simply having a beer with your mates. This is definately a club to keep an eye on especially since it has the fastest growing membership of any UK poker club.

Remember: This The Loose Cannon Poker Club is only open Mon - Fri from noon and not at weekends

Games Availiable:

As memntioned above they have a whole bunch of games in addition to poker, wand whilst this is the main gamei, if you want it you can always find someone to sit down with and play backgammon, kalooki, or crib.
